These legal terms and conditions rule the purchase process at the online shop www.SOMBRAHATS.COM, of which SOMBRAHATS is responsible for, from now onwards, SOMBRAHATS.COM

The purchase of any of the items offered on www.SOMBRAHATS.COM implicates the acceptance of these legal terms and conditions of purchase and the privacy policy.

SOMBRAHATS.COM informs the user that the language chosen for this contract is Spanish and it is not expected to have any copies by a third party, although SOMBRAHATS.COM does keep record of all orders placed by its clients. You can print or copy this screenshot to save the legal terms.

Purchase process

In our online shop you will find products available by SOMBRAHATS.COM. To buy any of them you will need to follow these steps:

1º Choose the item you like by adding it to your cart

2º read carefully the information related to this item. Prices shown are in Euros and include taxes.

3º Go to your cart, where you will see the detailed list of the products chosen and the selling Price.

4º If you agree with the order shown, you will need to register filling up the form or identify yourself with your username and password if you are already registered.

5º After this you will need to provide a delivery address and choose the payment method. During this process the system will show you any extra expenses that may become because of delivery area or method of payment.

6º Once payment has gone through, you will receive a confirmation email with your order information Please contact us if you do not receive this confirmation.

7º SOMBRAHATS.COM accepts the following methods: PayPal, bank transfer, for which there is a time limit of 5 working days to make the payment to the specified bank account, and to forward us the bank transfer receipt to panama@sombrahats.com. After five working days of not receiving payment, the order will be cancelled. We remind you that when choosing this option, the final cost of the order may be increased by the bank commission charged by your bank when making the bank transfer.

Transportation of our products is done following Spanish and European rules.

Return policy

The client will be able to return his order if he considers it does not fulfil his expectations. The return of the products will be accepted within the next seven working days after reception of the order, and following the official local calendar in the delivery address area. For returns, it is important to keep the original packaging and that it remains in brand new condition. The client will pay for the transport. He will need to inform us at panama@sombrahats.com or 0034 951 400 868.

Following the established on the art. 102 of the Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 by which the text for the ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios is approved, no personalized /custom made products will be accepted as returns.

Out of Stock products

SOMBRAHATS.COM has a time period of 30 days to deliver the products out of stock. In case it is not possible to deliver the chosen item, the client will be able to choose another one or have a full refund.

At reception of the order, the client needs to check the order is ok, in good shape, with the transport company, specifying in the receipt any abnormality in the packaging or product.
